In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us. We can't fix a problem if we don't know about it. Do not attempt to return the item without our approval. Please notify us straight away if the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If you do need to contact us, you need to describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim. In addition to a detailed description, we may require images of the damage/fault in order to proceed with the warranty process. Please also state whether you are requesting a replacement, refund or credit.
Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Refunds generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
